Exposing the Silence Project

{ LOCATION SPONSOR }

For each city we visit, we need a location sponsor.

This is a person or a business that offers their home or their space for us to use to meet with and photograph the project participants. Although location sponsors are listed on our sponsor page, this is not a financial donation but more of a physical space donation as we have a few requirements for each location:

• A quiet or intimate area to visit with each participant to share their story with us

• An open and safe area for children to play under supervision without too much disruption to the meeting area

• Ample light for photography 

• Bathroom access for Lindsay and Cristen as well as participants and children

{ Childcare Assistance }

We also very much appreciate anyone who can donate an hour or two to help us with childcare! We do our best to tag-team supervising our own children but there are always times we need a little extra help, especially when interviews overlap. Often, participants will bring their children with them as well and it's important to keep all of the participants' kids happy so their mothers can have some privacy during very personal interviews. 

{ On-site Assistance }

We are very appreciative of anyone locally who offers to bring water/coffee/snacks to a location for participants! It is also incredibly helpful when someone can bring lunch so that we do not have to interrupt the day. Occasionally, we need a little help setting up or cleaning up after a day-long shoot as well.
